Dear Sciarra Restaurant Group Community,
As you all are aware, COVID-19 has been rapidly spreading all around the country. Here at Sciarra Restaurant Group, we have been following the spread closely and together we have been implementing pertinent steps recommended by the Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control that will slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
In order to reduce the number of people infected, and, especially, to protect those that are most vulnerable to severe illness, we are taking the following necessary steps:
We are asking our members of the community, friends & families to stop those that may be sick with a fever or respiratory symptoms from attending the restaurants.
We encourage those who are at higher risk for serious illness to not attend.
We are ensuring that there are adequate supplies of hand hygiene materials and urge attendees to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
We are asking our community to avoid close contact with other people. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue - if available - or into their elbow.
By following these steps, you are actively participating with our team to control the spread of the coronavirus and protect both members of the public, our customers, and our employees.
We have a high standard and strict public health guidelines that have been increased to ensure cleanliness. We have our employees frequently sanitizing their hands, cleaning surfaces with disinfecting wipes and other standard cleaners before, during, and after each sitting and events within our establishments.
Keeping our guests and co-workers safe is our number one priority.
We look forward to continuing to serve you with all our great services, food and best tasting beer.
Thank you for believing in our ability to help keep our community safe.
